It's vulgar slang for "Mother I'd Like to F*ck": MILF (Graphic Link). On the side menu, one will notice the post "Uploading Jan. 05 Bitches". This implied that this stalking and deviant activity was being perpetrated for almost a full year. The images were hyperlinked to full sized images when clicked.
